    If you are reaching out about an order, please provide an order # and the first and last name that your order was placed under.

  • For washing instructions, machine or hand wash in cold water with similar colored items. Avoid using bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry on low, turning garments inside-out for extra precaution. Do not iron directly on any designs. Folding is optional.

    Please note that we are not responsible for replacing items with normal wear and tear. For more detailed care information, click here.

  • While we wish we could recommend the perfect fit for you, it's important to remember that everyone's body is unique. Our apparel is designed to be unisex, unless otherwise noted. For unisex tees, we generally suggest going with a slightly relaxed fit, rather than a form-fitting style. If you prefer a more fitted look, you may want to size down. Conversely, if you'd like a bit more room, consider sizing up. Otherwise, your regular size will likely work well.

  • Yes! We would be delighted to create custom apparel for your organization or upcoming events. Our team designs personalized shirts, hoodies, and more for a wide range of customers, from small businesses to church groups. Click here to request a custom order.

  • Returns: If we deem your return eligible, you will receive a store credit with no expiration date. We do not accept returns for refunds.

    We do not accept returns on the following items (no exceptions):

    • Holiday items or any items from a holiday collection (e.g., Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.)

    • Sale or marked-down items

    • Home decor or home goods

    • Accessories of any kind

    • Hats or beanies

    • Stickers or Car Decals

    • Items that have been worn or washed

    • Any custom apparel requests

  • Faith & Freedom Apparel does not cover the cost of shipping for size exchanges. If you order the wrong size, we're happy to facilitate an exchange, but you are responsible for mailing the original item back to us within 3 business days and paying for the shipping of the new size. Once we receive the original item, you will be issued a store credit.

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing brandi@faithandfreedomapparel.store. After 24 hours, we will have already begun processing your order and will be unable to cancel it.
